If "it" means the deaths (as of this morning) of 2,983 American soldiers, 22,235 wounded, 52,139 Iraqi civilians dead, and the deaths of an excess of 655,000 Iraqi's, then NO. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!

Many years ago, my rabbi gave a sermon about the why some say the holocaust occurred. He said that some argue that it was the price that had to be paid for the miracle of the founding of Israel in 1948. He said then, and I say now, IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!" If it took the murder of 6,000,000 Jews to result in the new Jewish State of Israel, it wasn't worth the price!

Similarly, the removal of Saadam, and his hanging, was not worth the price of those murdered and now suffering in Iraq today.
