Dear Friends and Supporters,

On behalf of Steve, I want to send a heartfelt thank you to each of you and your organizations. You made him feel wonderful with your loyal support during the two candidate forums on May 7.

Carole, thanks for manning the table at the last minute for us. We received so many new volunteers during the event!

Mark, the video and photo's are wonderful! Wow, totally a professional job and so much appreciated. We will be using sound bites from the two events on his soon to be revamped web site.

How wonderful to look up into a room with approaching 150 people, and see the majority of them Democrats! It gave Steve a lot of pride to represent each of you, and we want to say THANK YOU!

Also, we really appreciated the group of you who followed us to the Lions Den at the second event. There were close to 100 people at this event as well.

We were told to expect a hostile Republican crowd, but your presence balanced the scale and the room neutralized when you arrived. I am certain you noticed, but this environment with your support really bolstered Steve's energy, and he was in his element when he took the microphone. This is the crowd we hope to spend time with daily, in order to let them know that the democrats are alive and well in District 6! He had more than one Republican pay him a compliment, and a few who said they would vote for him!

Running for public office is not east, especially as a Democrat in hard core Republican territory. However, every day each of you make it worth it for Steve with your loyal support and energy.

I again want to thank you for your presence, prayers, and financial support. Please go to the blogs and keep the message alive and well.

Also, I ask that you forward this thank you to each of your friends who attended to support Steve. There were so many of us that I don't have the e-mail address for each individual!
