This is our year! While it may be a challenging one, this is the year
when Democrats have an outstanding opportunity to take back the GA House,
Senate and the 6th Congressional District as well.
Republicans are at their lowest level of popularity in many years as people finally are
seeing the Bush folly and all of his cronies. Things are just as bad at
the Georgia state political level with the influence of Abramoff touching
our own Ralph Reed. We must take advantage of this opportunity, and we
are! East Cobb has four outstanding (if I do say so myself) candidates
for offices representing this area:
It will take a lot of work and a lot of money for each of these
candidates to win, and they need your help! What I am asking is that you be proactive. In other words, please take
the initiative to offer your help and your dollars to all of your candidates! Each candidate has a web site through which you can donate.

We need to build up an e-mail list of supporters. Please help us by
giving us your e-mail address and by getting at least three of your
friends to join our e-mail lists. We can use the e-mail lists to get out
information about our campaign activities as well as to raise funds.
Volunteer to hold a coffee klatch in your neighborhood where we can meet
your neighbors. We can help you identify your Democratic neighbors to
invite.
We know you want us to win because you have joined the East Cobb Democratic Alliance. Now put that membership into action to elect your
candidates. Don't wait. Don't hesitate. The time is NOW. With your
help, we can elect ALL of our candidates this year!
