Tammy Osborne -- Dobbins Air Reserve targeted three Hispanic Property Owners. Masters of Intimidation

Dobbins Air Reserve targeted three Hispanic Property Owners in Fair Oaks Community early in their scheme to take control of Fair Oaks and its properties. They hit these Latino families long before they knocked on any other doors. Masters of Intimidation, Dobbins successfully obtained the Air Rights of these families, obtaining their signatures with the assurance that all of Fair Oaks had done the same. Domination on Dobbins part left these homeowners with no choice in the matter, after all this was the United States Government!!!
Army Corp of Engineers just completed appraisals on these homes. Their documentation reflects property's at 2% of the land value. This is not a typo. 2%, a mere nothing.
Three hard working Hispanic families made Fair Oaks Community their home, to grow old and raise their children. Now they stand to lose everything.
Dobbins has placed a strangle hold on Fair Oaks Community for almost a year now but majority home owners stand firm against them. Apparently Dobbins knew the Hispanic residents would not ask any questions, check credentials or refuse to sign any form. Not standing in front of Air Force Officials from the United States Government! Hell yeah, they were intimidated.
From the beginning, Dobbins was discriminating about Fair Oaks Community. I reported their "Environmental Plan" to the ACLU and ask a Latino media outlet to cover these cases of discrimination but there was no follow through. It was obvious Dobbins was discriminating, but no one raised an eyebrow. Now it may to late for even the ACLU. These people signed under duress plain and simple. With hopes to get some council for these home owners, Ga. Latino Elected Officials has been contacted for advice. Seem like a review of Dobbins' Discrimination Policy should be investigated and citations handed down. As one Hispanic home owner stood to tell his story last Friday at a Fair Oak Community meeting, the crowd remained silent as he painfully told his story. With hurt in his eyes, he pleaded with Cobb Officials to explan how his home is worth only $800?
I think this whole "make-it-up-as-I-go" policy of Eminent Domain should be abolished immediately, forget next year, call a vote now! I think Dobbins should be cited for acts of discrimination and I think somebody out there should bring aid to these people. Fair Oaks Community may not be around the next Ga. Assembly to see Eminent Domain "addressed". And as far as our Hispanic neighbors, they have just been served with notification of "Condemnation Hearings".
